Being a former Physical Education and Health teacher, I thoroughly enjoy creating fun and innovative ways to make fitness FUN for kids. I dedicate much time and energy to kids camps and programs during the summer months. The news that children will think and learn better if they move, is not new. Yet, what are we currently doing as a society to improve kids movement? Study after study shows the strong correlation between movement and learning. And it's not just for sporty kids. There is a way to reach every single child and find what MOVES them! Through movement, as well as athletics, powerful life lessons are learned; teamwork, dealing with disappointment, hard work, effort, self-image, self confidence, and much more. Kids Fit Camps
There is a way to make fitness fun no matter who you are! Most of our camps are held during the summer months. But we are available for special and weekend events. These camps are a great way to get your child outside and away from the screens!

Held in the summertime, these camps are an introduction to conditioning for sports, as well as skills basketball camps.

SpeakingSpeaking events are for kids or parent groups and topics include: self-image, self-esteem, fitness for kids, and nutrition.
